Seller reviewI was assigned Kiley Batrack via a listing through Realtor.com and was impressed with her knowledge, personal touch, and, as her business card states, "Friendship" from the very first phone call. She patiently walked me through numerous properties before we finally latched onto one I didn't get out-bid upon. She is always working hard to insure the very best outcome is achieved...and very pleasant to work with while doing so!

Buyer reviewMy husband and I knew Kiley Batrack was the right agent for us after the first conversation with her. She asked a lot of questions to get the best feel for what we were looking for and knows the area very well so she provided feedback on the type of community we were looking for houses in. She was able to get us next day tours of houses, even for some that were not on the market yet. We found our dream home while we were in another state. She walked us through the process virtually and communicated very well on our next steps. Being new to the area she referred us to a loan officer who gave us a great interest rate. Additionally, she negotiated the price and any "fixes" to the new house and even in a "hot" housing market we were able to get our house at the asking price. We will be purchasing another property in the future and will definitely use her again.
