Buyer review. Mark was referred by a friend who gave him the highest recommendation and after meeting with Mark and discussing our vision, we knew we were in the right place. After many months of looking and scanning all the properties Mark had sent us, we set aside a weekend to have Mark show us some highlighted properties, and get a general feel for Coeur d'Alene. His preparation was incredible and we were able to figure out exactly what we wanted ( and didn't want) after our time with him. Mark was very patient and understanding after many trips to CDA and houses that just "weren't right" We ended up buying raw land, and Marks knowledge of septic and well concerns, setbacks, fee's and regulations proved invaluable in closing the deal with the confidence that every potential problem had been addressed. His feel for the market was also welcome comfort, knowing that we were getting the property for the right price. Finally, Mark was able to guide us to different builders in the area, set up meetings with them and then be there on the lot for every test or meeting with an inspector or builder. When you are buying from out of the area, having someone like Mark in your corner, looking out for your interest and handling things when you can't physically be there is truly a blessing.
