In 2012 he identified an opportunity to develop residential real estate in the Big Bear Lake area and was very successful in building & selling luxury homes in that market. In 2016, Scott and his wife moved to Coeur D' Alene, ID., where he is continuing his real estate career with Century 21 helping buyers and sellers achieve their objectives.
