Buyer reviewSi made the buying process smooth as silk. He allayed any anxieties we had, expressed or implied. He had the knack of calming our jagged nerves during the negotiating process. He directed me in selecting an excellent loan officer, an undertaking of which I was neither knowledgeable nor prepared. Because of Si, our buying a house concluded in a happy ending. My wife, Nora, and I are massively contented with Si's services. Of imporant note, Si still keeps in touch with us until now. I rarely observe such amity from a real estate agent, nay, anybody,-a praiseworthy attitude!

Buyer reviewMy wife and I wouldn't have gotten a house if it wasn't for Si Xiong. Given the current market we were striking out left and right. My wife and I had nearly given up. We almost lost faith that we would ever get a house. If it wasn't for Si's encouragement to not give up and the amount of work he was willing to do on our behalf, we would have never gotten our house. He walked us through the entire process every step of the way. Si is not your average realtor. As you work with him your able to really tell how genuine he is and how much he truly cares. Even after we got our house he still even now, checks in on us ever so often to see how we are doing and if we are enjoying the house. You don't and wont get that kind of care from anyone else. It would not have been the same experience if we had gone with someone else.
