Seller reviewTimmy was referred to us by my son who had Timmy and Roland sell their home and purchase a new home. Timmy was very honest with us us and showed integrity in all our transactions. He was always calling us to inform us of what was going on in all aspects of the sale. Timmy was always willing to answer our questions in a way we could understand. I would recommend Timmy to my friends and associates and already have. We are extremely pleased with what they did for us! Not knowing anything about selling a home, we were always included in the process. Timmy worked well with the buyer and with the title company. We were given the various options in regards to the sale and information on said options to help us make good decisions and always with no pressure. We came out with a good knowledge of what it takes to sell a home and are very pleased with Timmy's performance. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Timmy!

Seller reviewBeing from Kansas, we're a long way from Kellogg, Idaho. We decided to sell our condo and our daughter in the Spokane area recommended Timmy Mueller. She was well acquainted with him because Timmy's brother is her neighbor. She said Timmy would work hard to get our condo sold and that he would be easy to work with. And, our daughter was right. Timmy listed the property and we had an offer above the asking price in just a few days. He kept us informed throughout the process and was helpful in guiding us through closing. Timmy is intelligent, thoughtful, and very professional. We couldn't be more pleased and feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him. And, we made a friend in the process. He's a dandy and we think other folks would be very pleased to have Timmy assist them with either buying or selling a property. Thank you, Timmy!
