I am a professional Realtor for Century 21 Bill Nye Realty, a proud third-generation Floridian, and have lived in the Zephyrhills and Plant City area all my life. I have always had strong ties to my community. I worked in customer service for over 20 years prior to my exciting career in Real Estate. I have a passion for homes and would love to be part of your selling or buying experience. It has always been important to me to make my clients happy and striving for perfection is my ultimate goal. I have a terrific husband and son. We enjoy being in the great outdoors, especially with our beloved daschund Murphy. Also, I am an active committee member in the local Boy Scout Troop, which my son is also a part of. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. I felt Johanna always had my best interest in mind the whole time. She wasn't in it just to make a sale but to help me find a home for my family that fit our needs. There were a few mishaps on the sellers part and sellers agents when navigating our contract. Johanna recognized them and had them corrected immediately. Johanna helped with all aspects of the transaction. She helped me find a better lender then I had. She was able to provide me with very reputable services for inspection, pests, and so on.
