She is incredibly knowledgeable of the communities my wife and I where targeting, she listened well and understood our preferences, and she was incredibly attentative at helping us find a great home. Lori, and her business partner Missy, went above and beyond all of our expectations. I would never have expected a realtor to help me find service providers, visit the home between contract and close to make sure punch list items were being addressed, and even contacting the builder and local trades to make sure work was getting done. Even after we moved in, she is still checking in with us to make sure we have everything we need and guiding us along the way in our new community. We will absolutely use Lori again and will recommend her to friends and family.

From starting with a price that we were excited about immediately to then negotiation the full sale price, Lori set the bar high on this sale. She made sure communication and expectations with the buyers agent was fufilled effectively and also calmed our nerves many times during the inspection and appraisal periods. I can't say enough good things about Lori Lahart as a real estate agent!!
