Katie Jewell is definitely my go to realitor! She helped me sale property, then helped me make a long awaited purchase of our condo at the beach! I had been looking way before I decided to buy, so I had a good size wish list of what I wanted. Katie was ready to check out anything I questioned about and in the end SHE found the perfect condo for my family that checked all the boxes (including the price)! She did a walkthrough by FaceTime so I could see the condo before negotiating and made the drive to make sure she was there for the closing. She is the BEST!
