This was a tricky sale for all involved along with learning curves for the seller,agent and me she made extra time to make both seller and buyers happy Marjorie has my business for any other needs I may have in my life and will recommend her to everyone She is all this and more if I had more money to buy another home I would choose her for the agent for any homes to buy She did so much for us helping us understand everything along the way . Marjorie lost time with her family to meet up late evening and she never complained how long or how late it was I delt with so many others and they pretty much fell off the face of the earth when they found out what I had for creadit and my needs

This is the second time Marjorie Warren has helped us finding a home in a short time emergency. We were selling our home and looking for a new house at the same time with a deadline in between. I don't know how Marjorie found so many properties, even above our budget and yet hooked us up showing us the real price we could put into it and the value we could come off of it, suddenly making it affordable each time.
