Pat has lived in the Greenville area for several years which has given her valuable working knowledge of not only Greenville, but the entire metropolitan area. She is active in the Greenville community and in the past has served as president of two of its civic organizations. She has watched Greenville grow from a quiet little town to a vibrant, exciting city which she loves showing off and sharing with everyone.After graduating from college, Pat taught school in Virginia and loved it. She has brought many of her teaching skills to her years of experience in real estate. She loves meeting and working with people and feels the more educated they are about the purchase or sale of a home, the more they will enjoy the process. She is with them every step of the way to insure a positive, enjoyable experience. Her communication and negotiating skills and her ability to really listen to her clients needs, and then follow through on those needs, are her biggest assets in real estate.Pat is a relocation specialist with extensive experience and training in the relocation process.
