Meet Rusty Pruitt, one of our inspiring agents. Growing up in upper Spartanburg County in the small town of Campobello, Rusty learned that volunteering and helping your neighbor out was just a way of life. He continues to do so within his community and church, however he can. Rusty has a General Technology degree from Spartanburg Community College, has worked in the chemical industry for the past 30 years, and previously owned/operated his own home inspection business. He is a graduate from the Wyatt Real Estate Institute and most important to Rusty is providing excellent service to his clients to earn their trust. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Angie, for 27 years and they have two sons, Adam and Caleb. Rusty wants to give the same loyalty and dedication to his clients that he has given his community his whole life.

Buyer reviewRusty is the epitome of a good salesman. He's a nice light hearted guy, and was very respectful at all the properties we went to, and was always on time. When it's time to get down to brass tax and be serious, his focus immediately changes to get the job done. He helped me understand the complex bureaucracy behind the curtains of real estate, a lot of the processes and paperwork that I've never had to deal with before in an apartment complex, or renting from relatives. This definitely put my mind at ease. I enjoyed working with Rusty. He stayed on top of information that needed reviewing\signing and dealing while with negotiations. The housing market is very hectic lately, especially with Covid-19 impacting everything. But with Rusty representing me and guiding me through the process, I knew I was in good hands from start to finish.
