I love living and selling homes in Upstate South Carolina! I started selling real estate over 25 years ago and worked with a wonderful real estate company for over 15 years. After that, I took some time off to raise children all over again… whew! I also took care of my beautiful mother who had Alzheimer's for almost 5 years. I've been married for 12 years and have three daughters and one son ages 25, 20, 9, and 8! I always said when my youngest went to school, I would get back to my passion which is Real Estate, and I have enjoyed being back ever since! I love working with people and helping them with their home buying or selling needs! My customers and clients are very important to me and I consider them like family. My main goal is to do all I can to ensure that my clients and customers are completely satisfied with their experience and with their end result! Buyer reviewWe found a house on Zillow and when we called about an appointment to look at it, we were directed to Sara. We did not know her or Century21 Blackwell. We met Sara at the house, and right away we connected. I could tell after talking with her for a few minutes, she was knowledgeable about realty and the area. I loved her personality and she laughed at my jokes so I knew she would be a great realtor for us. Sara worked her tail off for us, looking and finding houses to tour. We were so close on at least 3 properties, but were beaten to the punch by other buyers. No ones fault there. I found one online and not 5 min later, Sara called and said she saw a house we would like, it was the same house I found. After a tumultuous lending process, the house is ours. Sara fought the lending officers for us and got what we wanted. I knew she was a fighter. Sara was not only a great agent and true professional, but to us, a friend for life.
