Seller reviewAs we do not live in the Myrtle Beach area, when it came time to sell the home that we had inherited, I reached out to a friend in Myrtle Beach for the name of a realtor. She provided us with Earl's information and from day one I felt that Earl was the right person to market this house. We had long time tenants who did not make the process an easy one and Earl was very patient and understanding of their needs and also of our needs. As soon as the tenants moved, we had multiple offers and Earls extensive knowledge was key in negotiating the right offer for the right price. There was not one thing that went smoothly, from the tenants being uncooperative to the title being incorrect, Earl walked us thru each part and made it a positive experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is either buying or selling a home in the Myrtle Beach area.
