Buyer reviewTina Nichols was fantastic throughout the arduous search for a home within our price range. We dragged her all over the countryside- up mountains, down two-track trails- and she never lost her wonderful attitude and sense of humor. Even when we were confronted with odiferous assaults upon our senses at one particular property, she stayed focused and on task (although we all agreed an outdoor inspection was preferred). One thing we loved about Tina is that she understood what we were looking for and did not push us to homes outside our financial/property requirements. When we finally had an offer accepted, her knowledge was invaluable in negotiating and closing the deal with a favorable outcome. We also appreciated how thorough, communicative and accessible she was during our search. From beginning to end, it was a rough ride in this market, and Tina not only outperformed but shone like a star! She is the only person we will use once our old house is ready to be put on the market.

Again, I always felt that Ms. Nichols made us a part of the sales team throughout the process. She was always trying to maximize the sales potential of our property. We always felt she valued our property as much as we did. She's an excellent person to work with! I do real estate in Maryland and know the industry. The lady is excellent.
