Seller reviewI would 100% recommend Richard to anyone looking to buy/sell in Fort Wayne. He came to our first meeting with comps and ideas based on the market and his research into our property. Our house sold in less than 48hrs for over asking. Richard was available to answer our questions through the whole process and was even able to find contractors to get requested repairs done. When there was an issue with our buyer 2hrs before closing Richard dropped everything and did what needed to be done to make sure the issue was resolved that day.
