      • Currently a Century 21 Broadhurst team member, I live in Murrells Inlet with my wife Firuza and daughter Leyla. We moved to this beautiful area in 2018 and soon after I received a real estate license and REALTOR® designation after joining the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors. My prior education and work experience include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Clarion University of Pennsylvania where I then went on to own and manage a large landscaping company in Pittsburgh, PA. During 20 years of small business ownership I formed countless lasting relationships with clients that felt gratified to be treated fairly and honestly, trusting that their best interests were the driving force of every service and contract. Buying or selling a home is a huge deal and I believe it should be treated accordingly with each and every client, while leaving no detail unattended. My family and I are active in community service and at the end of every transaction that I complete, one hundred dollars of my commission will be donated to the Coastal Animal Rescue facility in Murrells Inlet where my daughter and I volunteer a few days per month. Though new to the industry, hard work and honesty have always been important attributes of mine. From a summer construction job during college through 20 years of small business ownership, to my new career in Real Estate, there is only one main focus. THE CUSTOMER!
