Seller reviewAfter one year on the market there was absolutely no movement with previous relator. Jane Wessel a relator in Toledo OH area recommended John Goats and this agency to me. I am incredibly satisfied with everything he has done. This was a difficult area and a not so hot market. John was exceptional and doggedly kept going despite all the hurdles we had. John assisted in finding contractors to fix the water leak that was found during the selling of the house. The floor needed repair and John again found people who could do a great job. He kept in contact with me during all the issues. He kept me apprised of all the sales and marketing he was doing on my behalf. He also helped find lawn care during the summer so the house would look good. I could not come down often due to a medical condition. John Goats was blessing to me and I would recomend him to anyone in the area who needed a agent.
