I used her as our agent because I knew that she understood the real estate market here in Ironton & that she has numerous acquaintances in this area. In addition, she is honest & hardworking & a joy to work with. She lived up to all our exceptions! Suzanne worked very hard to get our house sold. She handled the negotiations with the prospective buyers very well & also fulfilled all the inspection requirements. She definitely made the whole process go as smoothly & as quickly as possible. We were very satisfied with all she did. Suzanne was easy to work with & made the whole process as much simple as selling a house can be! She has a great personality for working with people & negotiating a sale. She was always friendly, helpful & happy & kept us up to date about everything that was going on with the sales process. I am so glad that we used Suzanne to sell our house & I would use her again! Century 21 seems like a good real estate company, too, & they are lucky to have such a good representative!
