From the very first phone conversation, I knew she'd be handling business well and I was not wrong. She was able to show me properties that were of interest, in neighborhoods that I would like/enjoy, and understood the immediacy of my needs in finding a property. Raisa was always available by phone and text and worked tirelessly to get showings in place for me on my own very tight schedule. Add in her personality, excitement about her profession and her thoughtfulness during what was a very difficult process (and in this case also during a pandemic), I would not hesitate to recommend working with Raisa in the future to anyone who is looking for a realtor. Buyer reviewIt may seem monotonous that I selected excellent for all of the selections above, but Raisa did everything I expected and more. This is my first home purchase and I've dealt with about three agents, I can confidently say that Raisa was the most easy going, knowledgeable, and made the entire process understandable for someone who is not into the realstate world.Raisa was able to negotiate a great deal for me on this one I cannot complain, I thought this was going to be completely different. I know the road to come will be a bumpy one, but Raisa has shown to be welcoming and open to questions I've had before and after the home purchase. I don't feel I have been thrown to the wolves and that's a good feeling. I've heard crazy home purchase stories from people, and this one is a fairytale compared.I know she will be my first contact for any future realstate business I have.
