Buyer reviewWhen we started the property search in Providence, in a number of occasions we came across with the comments that the real estate in Providence is a hit-and-miss. We therefore realized that it would be critically important to have someone with intimate local knowledge who can guide us from the beginning to the end. We say that Diana Kryston is arguably one of the best persons in this regard. Diana Kryston is not just a broker with deep local knowledge, however. To us, equally important, if not more, is her personal approach. After we were introduced to Diana through our family member, we first sat down with her. We talked many things, including the local real estate market, the city and its characters, the economy and our plan in Providence. Diana took time to listen to us and made us very comfortable with working with her. Throughout the entire process, Diana's guidance and suggestions proved to be the most valuable. We also appreciated the fact that Diana really looked out for our interest in negotiation with the seller. Anyone who is interested in buying and selling real estimate in Providence and its vicinity should consider Diana Kryston as he/her broker.
