I'm SO grateful for her personal attention every single step of the way. I could not have asked for anything to be different with the sale of my house or helping me find my new house! In my opinion, she went over and above what was necessary to make things work out well! I'm eternally grateful! ? I couldn't be happier! Absolutely top notch agent! Seller reviewKaryn Milutinovich met with me within an hour after I reached out to her to put my house on the market. She suggested sales price and our marketing plan. She listed it within a day or 2 and within hours had a buyer interested. They came the following day and it was sold right then. It was the easiest experience for me. She kept in contact through the whole process. Even there for me when I had to sign papers. She went above and beyond.
