She dedicated over twenty-three years as a retired military spouse and servant, a business owner, and a community activist. Now Kathy uses her passion for serving as a real estate professional. As a retired military spouse and community servant, Kathy brings a strong work ethic with a sense of Trust and Character. In Kathy's spare time, she enjoys the Albuquerque Skyline, having BBQs with neighbors, traveling, and spending time with the people important in her life. She is eager to put her passion for people and real estate to work for you.

Seller reviewKathy was fantastic in every way. She came out to the house and made recommendations on marketing and pricing. She priced the house well and it sold very quickly. She was OUTSTANDING in all of these areas. She was especially kind and caring. As we didn't list the house for sale until we had left the state, she did a GREAT job in communicating, handling the inspections, the repairs, and all of the aspects involved in the process. Kathy was simply AMAZING. She went way above and beyond in helping us with this sale. Right before closing, a squatter got into the house. She was incredible in handling the situation, calling the police, cleaning up the property before the final walk through the next morning and getting us through the closing. I cannot say enough positive about Kathy and our experience with her. Kathy was PERFECT for our needs and her attention and service to us, as clients, was appreciated!

Buyer reviewI dragged Kathy all over ABQ in the cold, rain, and snow she was always gave 100%. Was honest and upfront with all the details on homes we were seeing. Never hesitated to call sellers agents to ask my questions for me. And when I would ask for her professional opinion and guidance that is exactly what I got. Kathy was always there to answer my questions (and I had a lot). She talked me out of the trees a few times too. She listened to what I needed and what I wanted and found me great homes to look at and one very special one to own. Kathy is one of the best I've ever worked with. And I have had realtors in several states, even if this is my first purchase of a home. Kathy has worked with two very close friends of mine and I have given out her card to two of my co-workers who are also in the market. Weather they'll be smart enough to give her a call is yet to be seen. But, hopefully when I'm ready to change homes Kathy will be able to help me out find another hidden jem just like she has this time.

Seller reviewI got a call from Kathy after my search on realtor.com. She came by a few days later and I was so pleased just with her overall personality and knowledge as a realtor. At that time, we found out it was not the time for us to buy/sell but she said she would stay in touch, and she actually did, whether just for a check in and even for the holidays. A whole year later and I got that call from her saying "you ready". I was so impressed how she stuck with us for that long and trust me it was very much appreciated. I feel Kathy has a very upfront, bold, honest approach with her dealings which I personally appreciate. Never once did she make me feel like a burden with the numerous phone calls and requests during the process. She is always a pleasure to speak with! Felt totally blessed to have Kathy in our corner when it came to the sale of this property. Every phone call to her was answered. She backed us up in every negotiation. I feel the went above and beyond her realtor duties in every single way. Greatest home selling experience ever. I couldn't imagine doing it without Kathy!!!
