We started looking for a home in November of 2022. During that time we lost two homes we wanted due to the pending sale of our home but Katie never lost hope or skipped a beat. As we fell in and out of escrow on our home in California we didn't know what would happen. Katie continued to look for our dream home and worked and communicated with us until we finally found a home and moved in July of 2023. She was treated poorly (in my opinion) by some of the agents we encountered while searching for homes but she never complained. She took our calls late at night and due to the time difference without issue or ever telling me it was too late. She was always gracious and kind.
