In addition, Bryan was just a very nice guy and extremely pleasant to work with at all stages of this journey. I will be passing along my highest recommendation of Bryan to all friends and family in the property market. Bryan's knowledge and professionalism in handling all aspects mentioned above were superb. Bryan exhibited the absolute best behaviors of those listed above. I cannot recall a moment where Bryan did not handle a particular situation with complete tact and professionalism. I only dealt with Bryan, as far as I recall. After an unforeseen issue with the property appraisal, Bryan actually negotiated a sales price lower than the originally agreed upon sales price, resulting in a significant price difference savings.

Buyer reviewI worked with Bryan on the purchase of unit C3251 in 1851 Land Street Rd.He managed to firstly establish the budget;property type and availability once the Home Path period had expired. He also worked on the Comps and said the unit was dropped in priced by $2.500 which was an advantage so all protocols were made on Bryans part.My Title Deeds are in the process of being updated & I will have them in 2weeks The unit C3251 is currently being managed by the Association named Blossom Park Condominiums ; their repair costs are more than reasonable and affordable;thanks
