Seller reviewClaudia sold two homes for me. She was able to help me navigate the selling process. She also helped me liase conversations with tenants that were in the home. Buyer reviewBuying a home can be a very stressful process. However, having an agent like Claudia Osorio by your side is insurance for a smooth process from beginning to end. I was looking for someone that would take the time to understand what I needed/wanted, and that would treat my case as a priority. No matter how busy Claudia was, she always made me feel like my case was the most important case on her list. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, able and willing to answer questions and resolve challenges as they arise, any time of the day, any day of the week. Claudia does not miss a beat. She pays attention to everything and is very organized. Claudia was able to negotiate seller concessions that exceeded my expectations. She went with me to all meetings with the seller, from the studio selections to the several walk-thru meetings. She ensured that we had all pertinent documents and kept everything very well organized at all times. I could not be happier with Claudia's work.
