Originally from Cleveland Ohio, I have been making the Central Florida area my home for over the past 30 years. Although I've lived all over the Central Florida area, I currently reside with my wife, 2 sons, and our dog in Dr. Phillips in Southwest Orange County.

When I am not helping clients find the perfect new location for their business, I can usually be found coaching at a local youth football or baseball field. Something I have enjoyed doing for over the past 15 years. Some of my other hobbies include Golf, Cooking (I love being next to the grills), and cheering for The Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns.

The state is completely different looking since I moved down here. Most 2 lane roads are now 4 or 6 lanes. Areas that once were considered the backwoods of our state, are now becoming business hubs. The growth keeps happening and I am here to assist you in finding the perfect location to join in on the growth.
