My husband Stefan and I first met Melissa Hinson through her dog sitting business and knew her as a very trustworthy person. She had been watching our dog Laika for about a year before Stefan and I started our house hunt. Melissa always took wonderful care of Laika, she always went above and beyond as a sitter (providing special treats on birthdays etc), and was very knowledgable about our interested area for buying a home. After speaking to several other brokers over the phone and via email (from websites like Zillow), we knew there was no better match than to work with Melissa to help us find our first home. Melissa was fabulous in all aspects of the home buying experience and understood just what we were looking for. As two busy professionals we didn't have a lot of time to shop around for houses outside our requirements or price point. This was our very first home and we required a lot of "hand holding" and explanations of the process. Melissa was very patient and informative. Additionally, most everything could be done via digital signatures which was super convenient for our busy schedules. Melissa was an EXPERT in the Dr. Phillips area which is where we were looking to buy. As we toured houses, she also gave restaurant recommendations and ways to get around the hectic Orlando traffic.
