He was knowledgeable in the area and the field, and his years of experience was valuable whenever I had questions or tried to negotiate. He also knows people in the business to get you started whether it's the lender, inspector, or insurance agent. You feel like you have someone on your side at all times. He was also responsive whenever I called. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and surprisingly quick. We had some hiccups at the closing but it was out of our control and he handled the situation really well and understood my demands and the need to close on the day we agreed on. I highly recommend Sammy to any prospective buyers.
