As first time homebuyers, we were weary of hopping in the real estate pool, but Chelsea made it very easy, and alleviated a lot of the stress and headaches. Chelsea's communication and Type A approach were and still are her strongest traits. She also is very knowledgeable in the industry as well, and made appropriate recommendations, and guided us on what we would want in our home based off of our needs. Chelsea would be brutally honest about homes that were not going to be a good investment, which I respected a lot, because she genuinely cared about our major purchase, and wanted us to be happy and flourishing in our new home. // I would recommend Chelsea to anyone who wants more than just a broker who is trying to make commission, but someone they can trust to make appropriate recommendations for their clients, and have stellar communication through the entire purchasing or selling process. Chelsea is very type-A, and will get paperwork, and all communication done in a timely, and above and beyond fashion. Go with Chelsea if you want to avoid headaches, especially as a first time buyer.

Absolutely everything about our experience with Chelsea Quinn was wonderful! Not only is she incredibly sweet, she was so open and honest! She was also able to explain everything in a way we could actually understand.
