We contacted her mid April about looking at properties, and by end of April, we made an offer - this goes to show how she understands our family's needs in looking for our starter home and we really appreciate that. I have heard horror stories of people looking at a lot of properties that did not even fit their wishlist - Jenn made sure that each time we looked at a property, it was withing our budget and our preferences. She is very proactive and very genuine to us and we never at all felt like she was only working for the commission. Jennifer was absolutely the best. She was so patient and took time (2+ years) to find us a home. We had had very poor luck in finding a home but Jen was so patient and understanding. She was incredible and I would recommend her to anyone. She made sure we didn't over pay but kept us in the loop when new houses came out and what was going on with our new house as we were in contract. Again, Jen was the best and made sure we eventually got into our home. She was always available to see a home and also if I needed to speak with her.
