Richard was always affable, patient, and kind, and he really listened to us, as we described our needs and price range. He responded in a timely manner by text, email, and phone and was incredibly knowledgeable about real estate in different locations. He expertly put us in touch with other agents when necessary. After pursuing a condo in a tough pandemic-related market, we are happy to say that we found one that fit our budget in a great location, thanks to Richard.

Even after two offers that fell through due to the buyers he maintained his assurance.
