I have 36 years in the Real Estate Business, beginning in 1981. I retired from the military after 24 years of service. The first 10 years was in the Navy in Nuclear Submarines. The last 14 years were in the Army National Guard. I have many family ties to military service. My Father and many Uncles served in WWII and after. My son-in-law is on active duty in the Navy stationed in Japan. I have a Granddaughter and Nephew who currently serve on active duty in the Navy and Air Force respectively.
I have extensive experience in the Residential Real Estate field. The benefits to you will be that I understand not only the current tools being used today, but the reasons for these tools and the principles they are based on. I am also very knowledgeable in the Omaha Metro Market having grown up in the area and also my many years of listing and selling properties in Cass, Sarpy, and Douglas Counties. I am well versed in difficulties of a Military Relocation and the pressures it places on the member and their families.

Buyer reviewMy husband and I really enjoyed working with Bob. I sent a text to him on Saturday morning and he called me within 30 minutes. He was able to set up a viewing within a few hours. While we were viewing the home another family was there and more were scheduled for the following day. We immediately told Bob we were interested in purchasing the home. He contacted the lady he works with at Great Western Bank and she just happened to be at work. We went to her office and was able to complete all the paperwork necessary to qualify in purchasing the home. We literally viewed and purchased the home all in a matter of hours. Bob is now in the process of helping us sell the home we moved from. He presented us with an offer with the first few days it has been on the market. Hoping the sale will go as smoothly as the purchase of our new home.
