Seller reviewTrust is huge to me. Since my church friend trusts Felix, I decided to go with Felix and look no further for a realtor. It helps that my friend and Felix are related, which increased my trust in reaching out to Felix. Throughout the entire process of selling the property, Felix's level of integrity was solid. I'm grateful to have been led through this process by him! As the representative for the Estate my friend, I have never had to handle the affairs of someone else. I can barely take of my own household. Plus, I live in Texas and it was overwhelming to think about how to ensure my friend's affairs were take care of and her life still honored. Felix coming into my life was a blessing and I didn't have to be overwhelmed or burdened. He did some heavy lifting even while separated by states - especially during a pandemic. The process was smooth and his communication was prompt and clear. He even offered to help with things I couldn't do locally in Bellevue since I was in Texas, such as coordinating for a non-profit to come pick up my friend's vehicle that her family wanted to donate. Who does such things? People like Felix, who genuinely care about their clients. Thank you! I selected "excellent" for the ratings in this survey, but Felix was above excellent in all these categories.

Most importantly, he listened to our likes, dislikes and the overall needs of our family. He never gave up looking at houses for us and giving us advice. We always knew he was in our corner and looking out for our best interests. He is a now not just our Realtor, but our friend.
