She also understood my wish list, paying close attention to my must-haves. She also patiently guided me through the process as a first-time home buyer to find me my dream home, negotiate a price under asking, and referred a wonderful home inspector. She was also extremely detailed and brought to my attention a notation about a property easement for a home that I was considering, but had missed in the contract. She saved me from a potentially huge headache.

My home was listed on a Monday which resulted in two showings on Tuesday and an excellent offer by Wednesday morning. Hasook sold my house before a sign could be put up.
