After serving over 20 years in the United States Air Force, I join Century 21 Century Real Estate in April 2007. This career change has been the perfect choice which has allowed opportunities to continue working for "The People." Whether selling, buying, or renting a property, I assist each client throughout the process. I provide or can assist with assess to a wide-range of services which are not limited to that includes suggestions for home preparation/ improvements for listing, market analysis, preparing / negotiating contracts, home staging, lenders, contractors, and relocating assistance. Since purchasing my first home in the United Kingdom, l became a strong advocate for property ownership. And it's always gratifying when I can help others, especially first-time home buyers achieve that goal. And I will go the extra mile to help make transitioning to the área smooth as possible for military personnel, newcomers, and their family members.
