Unfortunately due to tenant damage we were afraid we would not be able to sell or that it would take a very long time to sell. Jim was able to set up a plan that worked and sold our house quickly even with us being out of state due to military service.

Once we had selected a home, he was in constant contact as we moved through it, getting all the work done and advising me on what we needed to do, and I was able to purchase and close on the house during my move across the country so that the house was ready for me when I arrived in North Carolina. An absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.
