It was very clear that he had my back from the very beginning. This experience could have been an absolute disaster. There were several situations we encountered that could have jeopardized the sale entirely due to the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the selling agent but Gonzalo went above and beyond to fix all of the selling agents mistakes. At no point did he give up on helping me buy the house I wanted but he wasn't going to allow me to be steamrolled either. Gonzalo behaved assisted me in my purchase with more professionalism than the selling agent could have possibly mustered up despite decades of experience. It is because of his patience, his helpfulness, his communication efforts, and his accessibility that the sale went through. In truth, he deserves the selling agents commission but because it is not in my power to make that happen for him, I will recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a property.
