Buyer reviewWe started to work with Darconery in 2021 and it took us a long time to find a place my husband and I loved and our offer got accepted. Darconery was always there for us, guiding us and answering any questions we had. The one thing that both me and my husband appreciated alot from Darconery was that she was never pushing us to offer more, which would be an incentive for many agents. She would always give us the necessary information and let us make our own informed decisions regarding whether to put in an offer and/or how much to offer. Darconery is very personable, respectful and very easy to talk to. Besides being a devoted mother, she is also amazing at her job. No matter the family obligations, she would always make time for us. Darconery became more of a friend to us because of her amazing qualities and how easy she made the whole process for us. We had a great experience with the whole buying process and all our questions and concerns were answered. I recommended Darconery to my brother and my parents and they also had a wonderful experience with her. She was able to help both my brother and parents to buy their homes!

Buyer reviewDarconery was a God send for so many reasons. Her follow up with the property I actually closed on and being persistent with the listing agent is what allowed me to close on my home at all. Her personal recommendations from previously made partnerships helped to make the process that much smoother. She literally showed up and FaceTimed me during showings and even for my final walkthrough, when I couldn't be present. If that doesn't show her level of dedication-I don't know what does! I was impressed with her attention to detail in making sure I'm aware of what each step in what the home buying process entails, so I could be prepared. I had experience with other realtors and interviewed several before committing to work with Darconery that is also why I know she's the best! Can't express how much I appreciate all she did is to make the home buying process better.

I meet Darconery at a open house and from the very first moment we walked in she was very attentive of my needs and want and requirements for my "future" home. What I enjoyed the most about Darconery is that she reminded me of myself when it came to listening /note taking/ and researching. I was happy/ comfortable with handing over my new house hunting job to someone like her. With that being said she found my new home on our 3rd meet. Thank you so much for all your help during this entire process and even helping us situate after we closed! You Rock!
