I originally had my house on the market as a FSBO, and Kimberly showed up at my Open House. She wished me well, but told me that if I didn't get the offers I needed and would like to consider a "Plan B," she could show me how she would meet my goals. She then audaciously whips out a 32-page professionally printed and bound action plan specific to me and my home, heavily adorned with accolades and awards proudly earned from countless successes. Seriously now, out of what seemed like hundreds of other agents who called to ASK how they could help me, Kimberly was the only one who actually spent her time and resources to hunt me down to SHOW me how she would. And it worked! Yes, I am only one Seller out of the 30-40 others whose homes she'll sell this year, so she'll get a lot of these kind of testimonials. But I stand on the mountaintop today and yell at the world that Kimberly Olbrich's professionalism, hard work, and character made a huge impact on my family, and helped me help others.

After meeting Kimberly for the first time and reading her bio, I knew I had the right Realtor. There was never a moment I wondered what was happening with my listing. Kimberly at all times kept me informed, gave me other Realtors input on my home and was always available to answer questions. I believe Kimberly knows the market and has good strategie. Once my property sold, which was in a short period of time and was over the listing price, we moved on to the next phase which was daunting for me. Kimberly and her team kept everything moving smoothly and was in contact with me daily. Not only do I believe Kimberly stands out above all others, she has a team that all work together to make the experience of the seller excellent. There is no reason to look any further for a Realtor, Kimberly most definately is the number one agent!

I was referred to Mrs. Olbrich by a family friend, she had so many good qualities I was in search for after not being too happy with previous realtors. She is professional, meticulous, communicative and knowledgeable (and not to mention a top producer) in the real estate market. She understood I was using a VA loan which had certain requirements that had to be implemented for my loan to close; I appreciate her expertise but most of all the guidance I received being a first time home owner. Kimberly was and is a Godsend! She understood the dire situation we were in to sell. It took one phone call to her and a meeting was scheduled the next day. Our house was staged, and put on the market within a week. After receiving multiple offers the house was sold in three days over asking. She is attentive, communicative, experienced, kindhearted, knowledgeable, patient, personable, and understanding. I honestly cannot brag enough about what a true professional she is! I'd also like to acknowledge how wonderful her team of experts were. They were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that arose during the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend Kimberly if you are in the market to sell. I have and will continue to recommend her to friends and family.
