Nicoletta (Nico) is the Realty Boston Team Leader and Realtor, mindfulness consultant and Founder of charity NamaStay Sober. Her real estate specialties include multifamily sales, condos and luxury rentals in Boston where she has intimate local knowledge and an extensive network of relationships with property owners, professional investors and community leaders.
Nico and her Realty Boston Team Members; Shinika Spencer, Shelly Tejeda, and Aleksandra Frasheri help 350 clients every year to make East Boston home. The Realty Boston Team has hundreds of exclusive rentals and properties for sale. The Team works throughout the greater Boston area, providing ease and responsiveness to the process.
