Seller reviewCurt was very easy to deal with from day 1. He knew the area well, showed us houses to comp with and explained what price to list at. He is very easy to get a hold of and happy to answer any questions. We ended up having multiple offers on the house and he walked us thru all 5 offers and the pros and cons of each. He met with the appraiser and kept us out of the middle with the other agent. He made things very easy on us. We would use him again in a second and highly recommend him to others.

Seller reviewI've said it all in previous comments, but let me end by saying again Curt Clemens, Jr./Century 21 is everything anyone could ask for in a realtor. He is knowledgeable, experienced, easy to speak with, and deal with, kind and thoughtful, and a really nice guy. If I was looking to buy a home or if I had another home to sell, he is without a doubt the realtor I would call. I would go out of my way to recommend Curtis Clemens. Jr to anyone buying or selling a home. I've said it all before in this survey but I feel it does need to be repeated. In a world full of ups and downs it sure is nice to meet a genuinely nice guy who is also right on top of his game, competent, and trustworthy to boot. Once again, thank you!

Very happy with the way Curt conducted business and the outcome. he was a good communicator and professional form start to finish, I only dealt with Curt but I have to assume given how things proceeded he has a very competent staff.

Curt made some very good recommendations on how to market the property for the best exposure which resulted in a high volume of traffic in the first couple of days and an immediate sale.
