    Kathleen Ansaldi

Kathleen Ansaldi has spent the past 21 years in advertising and marketing for a leading global media and entertainment company and has received multiple sales awards for demonstrating outstanding sales and performance including Account Executive of the Year. Additionally, Kathleen has always had a passion for real estate, which only intensified when she married a third-generation master builder. She and her husband Aaron have been married for over 23 years and have four children. Balancing family time with a successful career has not been easy, but every experience and challenge has broadened her perspective and understanding. At 47 years old, Kathleen decided to focus her energy on real estate and is proud to have joined the award-winning sales team at Century 21 Clemens Group in Glastonbury. Off to a strong start, partnering with Adam Clemens led to the sale of her own home after just one week on the market. Kathleen's experience in new construction, interior design, marketing, and advertising is an enormous asset to her clients when they buy and sell their homes.

Kathleen loves meeting new people and one of her ambitions is to work with her clients to find the right home to meet their needs functionally, geographically, and financially. Not only is real estate dinner conversation with a husband who has dedicated his life to building custom homes, but having moved a number of times herself both prior to marriage and with a full family, she understands all the nuances that go into making these buy/sell decisions at each stage of life. Her motivation and dedication to successfully matching buyers and sellers with the right properties coupled with her expertise in marketing and social media is the perfect combination for her clients' satisfaction, which is always her main focus.

Through her career, family, friends, and volunteer work, Kathleen has an extensive network of relationships throughout the state. In addition to advertising and real estate, she has a passion for community service. Kathleen organized a private charity event for St. Jude's at her home that raised $45,000 for the hospital. In addition, Kathleen actively serves on the Foundation of Saint James School and is involved in local fundraisers for the town of Manchester and local schools. Kathleen's most recent project involved the dedication of the new music park at Charter Oak Park to her late father-in-law, Andrew Ansaldi, Jr. When Kathleen is not working, she likes to spend time with her family and friends in Rhode Island, traveling and watching her children play sports.
