Seller reviewWe have sold many homes with other Realtors before I met Nickole, but I would work with Nickole again over them all. The communication was above and beyond keeping us updated on any and everything. Suggestions when accepting offers was such a huge help even with me working in the field as a Loan Officer. In previous sales I had to do all the leg work, so it was refreshing when Nickole did it all plus more. It was a long road due to the sale of our home in another area but Nickole was able to help us coordinate with our builders and negotiate early possession so we could move in as planned. She was also able to give us some great recommendations for the area since we were moving from out of town. We needed a lot to close this deal and Nickole was able to get it all done with ease!
