She was also able to point us to a mortgage broker who was able to beat the bank we were planning to use. Ms. Dowling went above and beyond during the closing. She helped the former residents load their vehicle with the last few items, when we found they were not completely packed, during the final walk-through. Plus she noticed a fountain was mistakenly packed and arranged for it's return. Ms. Dowling is an outstanding agent. She worked with us for quite a while to find just the right place.
