All that with a signed contract less than 36 hours from the time of MLS listing. Now imagine your next real estate agent delivering all of this to you. Luckily, my wife and I don't have to - Maria gave us exactly that, and more. All we can say is we can't imagine working with anyone else!

Maria Mendoza has proven to be an absolute top notch realtor who is dedicated to serving the needs of her clients. We had Maria list our home in March 17, 2020. The quality of photos, write ups, her professional marketing skills, her timely communications, and pure drive for excellence helped in numerous showings that resulted in 5 offers and a final closing 3 months after listing our home which closed June 17th 2020. We have only had two experiences with Real Estate Agents, When we sold our home and moved to SC and when we just purchased our new home in SC. I knew our agent selling our home was going to be great because she was my cousin we were not expecting the same great service from a stranger. Maria Mendoza was as caring and as interested it making it an easy experience as my own family. When I first met Maria in July 2019 I felt a connection with her instantly. She was warm, outgoing, and friendly. I explained to her what I was looking for in a house and she got me through the process.

We were so fortunate to have found Maria when we were ready to sell our home. She is kind, honest, responsive, and very knowledgeable with the current market situations. She invested a lot of time and money marketing our home and hired a great photographer who took wonderful indoor and outdoor photos. Maria also provided her listing price suggestions of low, median, and high. Ultimately she guided us in the right direction because Maria listed our home and in 3 days we had 3 offers. AMAZING! We picked one of the offers and within 30 days settled on our home. On a scale from 1 to 10 Maria was a 11. Right from the start Maria treated us like family and we were very confident after our first meeting. Since we lived hours away and not hands on Maria went above and beyond handling everyday problems that arose. I don't think I waited more than 30 minutes to hear back from Maria with any questions this included late nights and weekends. Very pleasant and professional. If your thinking of chosen a realtor look no further then Maria.

Maria was amazing to work with, she sold us a new house, so we decided to give her the listing on our hose we needed to sell. The plan she put together to market the house, she even had a cleaning company come in after we staged the house. The picture that were taken and the video and drone footage, made me want to BUY the house when we saw it go LIVE on the WEB.
She even tried to help us find a rental to move into while our new house is being built, she was texting me listings until l about 11 at night, this was not even her responsibility.
She kept us updated during the process of showing and selling, it only took 2 showings and 10 days to SELL!
If you want to sell your house, this is the person you want to list it!

We couldn't have asked for a better agent to deal with. We met Maria at an open house and found her very friendly and professional. She had a lot of patience with us as we started looking for a house and then changed our minds to look for a condo. We knew exactly what we had in mind and she wasn't the least bit pushy when we were looking, but didn't find the perfect one. When we did, she was very efficient with submitting the paperwork and our bid to the seller and took care of everything for us as we were making the deal from Pennsylvania. She is quite knowledgeable about the legal end of things and we trusted her with getting the inspection done and then the estimates for repairs. She was quick to respond when we had any questions, any time of day. We are so thankful that we met her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Maria services were absolutely excellent. She focused on our needs and was always helpful and on time to our apts. she's bilingual and went beyond our expectations. She showed us every single home we asked to see and sent us many different options for us to consider. She was never pushing us or tried to persuade us to make any decisions to benefit her. Working with Ms. Mendoza was truly heaven sent! Moving always has been an uncomfortable position for me, but I couldn't avoid going through the process because I needed to relocate for my job. Ms. Mendoza listened to all my concerns and really put my mind at ease with her attention to detail.
The professionalism of Ms. Mendoza in what was an intense time for me helped me to feel assured that my relocation would not become a burden to me at a time when I would also be starting a new position.
