As a life-long resident of Grundy County, I have an extensive knowledge of our local market, communities, and schools. In addition, as an educator and pastor, I have a large network of contacts and compassion for the communities which I serve.
Over the last year, I have helped clients buy, sell, rent, and lease property. Over the last 15 years, personally, I purchased my first one bedroom home, leased a two-bedroom condo, flipped a foreclosure, and renovated my current residence into a forever home. Through each of these transactions, I have learned an immeasurable amount of information to assist you in with real estate goals.
