Buyer reviewI had recently moved to Panama City area from Naples Florida. I knew I wanted a beach condo and had done some research on what was available. Barbara DeRuiter was recommended to me by a friend. She was very approachable and paid attention to the specific details of my search. I ahd done my homework and thought I had put a lot on her with the list of potential units. She came back with a more accurate list and added to it with my criteria. We were able to view the most prime units, several per day with little delay from the viewing requests. I think we looked at my top ten and I made a commitment within two weeks of the start. Very pleased. Barbara made suggestions about buying beach condos that I found very helpful. The emphasis being that if I wasn't happy, she wasn't happy. It was a great experience and if I ever move again, she will be the first person I contact. Thank you, Barbara!

Buyer reviewBarbara Deruiter is one of a kind. When we were looking for a house 11 years ago, we were 1st time home owners looking for a foreclosure (fixer upper) with no money down. Barbara was extremely patient with us as we looked for the right house. We found it within a months time and it was the easiest experience with her expertise and knowledge. Since then, we have bought an additional 3 houses (one for a rental and 2 for our children) with Barbara. Every time we started looking Barbara was always available (day or night) and always willing to show us anything we wanted. She is an excellent realtor and is dedicated to doing a great job for her clients. I am so glad we found her 11 years ago.

Buyer reviewAnyone that is looking to purchase property or a home, I recommend Barbara DeRuiter is the woman you want to work with. One of her best qualities to her clients is that she has so much knowledge and talked and walked me through the entire process. She made numerous calls for me when I working and did not have many opportunities to make them myself. Being a first time home buyer, I was clueless on many or some of the processes. But, my warrior realtor, Barbara, would explain every detail with reasons to help me better understand. If I could give her a title, it would be "Queen of the Realtor World"!
