Seller reviewProperty sold within one day, thanks to Ms Burch's efforts. The advertising not noted was because the house sold so fast it wasn't used. Made a process I had not experienced in thirty years seem easy! Ms Burch followed up on renovations that were underway at the time house was placed on a sales contract. All negotiations between buyer and seller were handled quickly and in an equitable manner.
