Buyer reviewMy circumstances were non-traditional. I really wasn't looking for a property. My friend just happened to tell me of a place next to her vacation home. (We live in Ohio) With the market being as it is, I found the listing dealer and called with a quickness. Marcia answered the phone and immediately took my situation seriously even though we had never met or spoke. She set up an almost immediate showing for the property and viewed it with my sister who just happened to be on vacation in Florida for one more day. She handled everything and was timely. She coached me thru the logistics of absentee buyer. She was my eyes and ears. She returned every text timely and kept me posted the entire time. We closed in 15 days and without a single hiccup. I could not be more pleased with her or my new place!
