Buyer reviewTobie when above and beyond in this transaction. During the loan processing, this home was deemed unsellable under conventional loans and commercial loans by my bank. Tobie recommended another bank and they also stated the same. As we were coming to an end on not being able to find financing due to the special circumstances of this property, Tobie wen out of her way and personally found a bank that could do the financing. In this instance, it was literally without Tobie this purchase of this house would never had happened! Thank you Tobie so much!
